Jun 12, 2019 at 14:36 comment added DJClayworth The trouble with saying "it's not always scam" is that people will be led to think "Maybe this is the time when it isn't a scam", just like saying "You don't always die if you jump out of a plane without a parachute" might lead people to try it, with similar consequences.
